Taxes & Freight to be paid extra & to be borne by customer.
Payment to be sent along with the order.
Material will be dispatched but the Transportation GR will be send only after realisation of the payment.
Cheque/DD to be sent as security money in the name of 'Lakhani Hitech Rubber Pvt Ltd.' payable at Faridabad.
Interest of 9% per annum will be paid on above security amount on 31st March of ervery year.
The distributor shall secure orders & push sales of our products to the best of their selling ability & secure orders directly or indirectly minimum to the extent of Rs. 25 Lakhs per anum.
The cost of advertisement if any to be borne by the distributor.
All the disputes if any to be subjected to jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad Haryana.
